Mini Burgers with Curry KetchupThese fun "sliders" are great for parties or a late night snack. Make the curry ketchup as hot or mild as you like. Yield: 4 Servings Ingredients - Mini BurgersGround beef, 85% 1 poundKosher salt, 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce, 1/4 teaspoon Small dinner rolls, 8 Butter lettuce or green leaf lettuce, 8 leaves Ingredients - Curry Ketchup1/4 cup ketchup1/2 teaspoon curry powder hot sauce, optional MethodMix ketchup and curry powder in a small bowl, season to taste, add hot sauce if desired. Place the ground beef in a mixing bowl. Sprinkle the salt and Worcestershire sauce over the meat. Mix together gently and form 8 patties to fit the rolls. Preheat oven to 200 degrees.
