Garlic Ginger Shrimp
This quick and easy shrimp stir fry is based on the Indian dish, Masala Jhinga. A bright and crisp Albarino is refreshing with any tangy spicy meal.

1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1 1/2 pound large shrimp, raw, in the shell
2 fresh or canned tomatoes, chopped

Peel and devein the shrimp. Heat the oil in a large skillet, add onions and saute 3 minutes. Add garlic, ginger, salt, red pepper and cumin, saute for another minute.
