Castellblanch makes their sparklers from three grapes indigenous to the country and blends them carefully to harmonize flavor, crispness, and body. The Brut Zero pops out with a refreshing blend of apple, pear, and citrus aromas that carry through from the nose to the finish.

This is a very nice Cava. It has a lovely aroma and wonderful sparkle that is usually found if much more expensive champagnes. The description is totally accurate.
