Bouchard Aîné Chardonnay 2007
Vin de Pays D'Oc, France
The Bouchard family has been making wine in Burgundy for more than 250 years, much of it as a negociant – a wine merchant who buys wines from various growers and blends them to create a quality wine. That experience means they have a good eye for remarkable vineyards, which eventually drew them to the Vin Pays d’Oc region of Provence. Working with a grape they knew well from Burgundy (All of Burgundy’s most famous whites are made from Chardonnay), they’ve created a ripe, medium-bodied wine with classic aromas of pear, quince and vanilla. It’s round and smooth, with a clean, classic finish.
Due to popular demand this wine is only available in select packs, please try another oak-aged white.

Try the Bouchard Aîné Chardonnay with pork or chicken dishes; it also goes well with pastas with lighter, cream-based sauces.
