Catrala Sauvignon Blanc 2007
Casablanca Valley, Chile
The cool ocean breezes in the Casablanca Valley make it the prime region for white wines, keeping the grapes fresh and crisp. The Catrala Sauvignon Blanc shows the benefits with peach, grass, lime and grapefruit aromas. It's light-bodied, with an underlying mineral note and a crisp finish.

Has a grassy notes, but not too over-powering and taste the grapefruit flavors. This wine surprised me, would buy again.
Try the Catrala Sauvignon Blanc with light seafood dishes like shrimp, mussels or clams. It also goes very well with salads.
