Madison Cellars Cabernet Sauvignon 2004
Paso Robles, California
To pay homage to their hometown, Margie and Jon Korecki named their vineyard, founded in 2000, after their beloved Madison, Connecticut. Since then they've been hard at work producing Bordeaux and Rhone varietals in their new hometown - Paso Robles, California. One such product is the Madison Cellars Cabernet. A small, limited production of only 365 cases.
This Cabernet displays rich aromas of blackberry jam, raspberry and a touch of smoke that jumps from the glass; full-bodied, it finishes cleanly with just the right touch of tannic dryness. You don’t have to be an exception to the rule to be exceptional. A great wine to save and age for the next 5-8 years.

Very smooth, not a typical New World fruit bomb. Structured enough to stand up to a hearty meal.
A full-bodied, earthy Cab. If you like Cabs from Paso Robles, you'll love this one!

The Madison Cellars Cabernet Sauvignon pairs well with roasted meats like rack of lamb or London broil. It also lends itself to mature cheeses like a sharp cheddar.
