Our unique, rigorous 3-step screening process uses experts and consumers to give you guaranteed winners. We do the work, so you don't have any guesswork.

How the My Wines Direct selection process works:

1. Expert Selection: Wine Buyer

   Each month, our wine buyer tastes hundreds of candidates from around the world. Keepers are decided by taste, characteristics, region, varietal and value.

2. Tasting Panels: Consumers

   Members and guests attend blind tastings across the nation. Wines are sampled in flights and given a "yes" or "no" vote. Only runaway winners move on

3. Final Review: Wine Master

   Winners are certified for taste, value and consumer expectations. Successful candidates become My Wines Direct selections.

Members and guests attend blind tasting across the nation. Wines are sampled in flights and given a "yes" or "no" vote. Only runaway winners move on.

Wines are organized into blind "flights" of 3 to 5 according to taste and varietal.

No two consumers, no two panels vote exactly alike. It's amazing how personal preferences work.

Only those with a substantial majority of "yes" votes from all consumer panels move on.

Reveal time. Now the tasters get to see the label, price, bottle… there's always a little discussion and suprise, especially when the least expensive wins.

We agree, drinking wine may not seem like work, but they did taste the "losers" so you only get winners!
